1 Introduction & Disclaimer

Disclaimer: Levant va is a non-profit virtual airline for flight simulation enthusiasts. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real-world airline or aviation authority. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

1.1. These rules apply to every member of Levant va, on this website, in our ACARS software, on our community channels, and on the IVAO network while flying with us.

1.2. By registering or flying with Levant va you confirm that you have read and accept these rules.

2 Membership

2.1. Membership is free and open to anyone with an active IVAO account.

2.2. Registration. Applications are reviewed by staff. You will be notified once your account is approved.

2.3. Each person may hold only one pilot account. Accounts may not be shared.

2.4. Activity. Pilots who file no flight for 60 days may be set to inactive. Filing a new PIREP, or contacting staff, reactivates the account.

2.5. Levant va may refuse or remove membership for anyone who breaks these rules.

3 Rank Progression

3.1. Ranks are awarded automatically based on your accumulated flight hours.

3.2. Only accepted PIREPs count toward your hours. Transferred hours, where allowed, count as approved by staff.

3.3. Your rank decides which aircraft you may fly. Restrictions are shown on the Ranks page.

4 Flight & PIREP Rules

4.1. All flights must be flown online on the IVAO network.

4.2. Use the callsign and flight number from the schedule you booked, and the aircraft type assigned to that flight.

4.3. A flight only counts if you were connected to IVAO for at least 90% of the flight.

4.4. Flights should be logged with our ACARS software. Manual PIREPs are reviewed by staff and may be rejected without proof of the flight.

4.5. Do not end the ACARS session until the aircraft is parked at the gate and the engines are shut down.

4.6. Rejection criteria. A PIREP is rejected if:

its score is below 50 points;
the landing rate is harder than -1,000 fpm;
the landing G-force is above 2.1 G;
the simulator was paused for more than 20 minutes in total;
the aircraft flown does not match the aircraft booked.

4.7. Falsifying flight data, editing ACARS logs, or using time acceleration or teleporting leads to rejection of the PIREP and may lead to removal from Levant va.

5 Staff & Decisions

5.1. Levant va is run by a volunteer staff team who manage schedules, review PIREPs, and keep the community running.

5.2. Staff decisions on membership, PIREPs, and discipline are final. You may ask for a decision to be reviewed by contacting staff.

6 Code of Conduct

6.1. Respect. Treat other pilots, staff, and air traffic controllers with courtesy. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks are not tolerated.

6.2. Fair play. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate the system to gain hours, money, or awards.

6.3. Network rules. Follow the IVAO rules and regulations at all times while flying with us.

7 Data Protection & Privacy

7.1. We store the information you give us (name, email, country, network ID) and your flight records, only to run the virtual airline.

7.2. Your email address and API key are never shown to other members. Your name, pilot ID, rank, and flight statistics are visible to other pilots.

7.3. You can ask staff to delete your account and personal data at any time.

8 Final Provisions

8.1. Levant va may update these rules at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

8.2. Where these rules do not cover a situation, staff will decide in the spirit of fair play and realism.
